THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS FOR Arizona FORM PART OF AND ARE INCORPORATED INTO THE MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

These Supplemental Terms for Arizona are applicable to the extent that Customer or an Affiliate is located in the state of Arizona.

1. You may terminate Your subscription to Services by providing ZipDeal with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice in accordance with Section 21 of the General Terms (“Termination Notice”).

2. Following Your written request during the Term, We will provide You with a listing of (i) all ISPs for which You have Integrations and (ii) the Integration Processors (if any) facilitating Your Integrations.
3. Following Your written request during the Term, We will allow You to audit the log files for Integrations (if any) pertaining to Your Customer Data.
4. Upon receipt of Your Termination Notice for the Services, We will make commercially reasonable efforts to work with You to facilitate a secure transition of Customer Data that is stored in the Services to a successor dealer data vendor or authorized integrator.
